Matt is a Senior Programme Manager at Breaking Barriers and was a contributing author on the Digital Future for Health and Social Care and Buying the Future reports . He has led and contributed analysis to a great variety of BBI clients, including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, and Fortune Global 500 companies across topics spanning NHS performance and innovation, Delayed Transfers of Care and the wider social care system, digital transformation, and local system transformation.

He has worked as Head of Research at BBI’s sister company, DragonGate, since August 2016 and prior to joining DragonGate conducted data gathering and telephone interviewing for polling company, Survation, and worked for a crowd-sourced, international political consultancy. He has a BA and MA in International Relations from the University of East Anglia.
