Programme Manager

Jacqui Gibson

Jacqui is a Programme Manager at Breaking Barriers Innovations and has worked on various projects including Hammersmith and Fulham Council’s Mental Health Campaign Service Evaluation and the creation of new “More and Different” career pathways for sites across England. She is also supporting work on BBI’s ‘Playbook Programmes’ across various locations including the Isle of Sheppey. Additionally, Jacqui is leading on a project to design a pathway into leadership roles across healthcare and justice sectors for people with lived experience of the criminal justice system.

Jacqui’s main responsibilities include collecting and reviewing data across programmes, performing qualitative research through interviews with a range of stakeholders and service users, supporting with event management and logistics and designing and developing career pathways.

Before joining BBI, Jacqui worked across public relations, public affairs and digital marketing for a diverse range of clients at an award-winning consultancy. She graduated in 2021 from the University of St Andrews with a First Class MA (Hons) in International Relations and Russian. At university, Jacqui mentored school pupils from deprived areas in Fife and took on the role of Vice-Principal Ambassador for the Student Ambassador Scheme, using her experience to encourage young people to consider higher education and support their transition into university.
