Job Title: Programme Executive
Location: Hybrid (Regular travel to London office up to 3 days a week and travel to various location across England and Wales)
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000
Contract: Six weeks probation, 12 month contract with opportunity for promotion and extension

Breaking Barriers Innovations (BBI) are an established SME dedicated to making a positive contribution to resolving some of the biggest public service challenges we face.
We combine working at the highest levels of UK Government with engagement of community groups, local authorities, NHS and some of the country’s biggest employers.
We are looking for a Programme Executive to assist with the design and delivery of programmes including our More and Different programme and Coastal Navigators’ Network. Not one day will be the same in this role, with opportunities to help deliver solutions in locations across the country and assist on a range of exciting projects.
Good written / oral communication skills and an ability to work independently are particularly of interest. A willingness to travel within the England & Wales will be important and flexibility. Candidates with prior relevant experience in addition to exceptional candidates straight out of education, training or university are welcomed.
Job Description:
The core focus of this role will be to support and supplement the work of the progamme management team, assisting with the running of current projects. With the guidance and mentorship from the team you will be performing the below tasks:
- Assisting with logistics for programme planning and events
- Analysing relevant data, reports and statistics
- Creating client update PowerPoints and presentations
- Scheduling and organising stakeholder interviews
- Taking accurate notes of meetings
- Designing and publishing social media posts
- Building relationships with clients and key stakeholders

- A self-starter who is proactive with their work
- Digitally proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- Highly desirable is experience with quantitative data analysis and competent use of Excel and PowerPoint design
