Passionate about healthcare, diversity, and inclusion. On a mission to help organisations of all shapes and sizes; collaborate, innovate, and deliver to reduce health inequalities. She has worked nationally, globally, and locally across a wide range of organisations public and private to understand how technologies can enable and help improve sustainable healthcare outcomes for individuals.

During the last 23 years Helen worked in new business development in the telecoms sector for most of the major network operators including Orange, Telefonica O2, EE, BT and latterly Head of Healthcare for Samsung UK.  Recently she set up her own business development company Connecting People Consultancy Ltd.

Helen specialises in healthcare, tech innovation and public sector, focussing on mobile digital transformation projects, service, partnerships and delivery. Prior to this Helen worked for 10 years in health, wellbeing and fitness industry as a fitness coach and operational manager.

Helen is also a pro bono board advisory member for Greater Lincolnshire Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and involved in the original working group to set up the National Centre for Organisational Resilience.
